WHAT KIND OF CHOCOLATE DO YOU USE?

We use premium Belgian chocolate which is specially formulated to flow flawless cascades of warm chocolate into our wonderful fountains. We are in the Belgian chocolate business and do special blending of different Belgian chocolates to create a velvet-smooth chocolate that's "heaven in your mouth". The chocolate is warm, but not hot. You can dip and enjoy an item immediately without allowing it to cool.

CAN I USE THE FOUNTAIN OUTSIDE?

We generally suggest against it, unless the chocolate fountain is completely enclosed or in an area where absolutely no wind is able to reach it. Also, outdoor air temperature can affect the flowing consistency of the chocolate and even the slightest breeze will blow the chocolate outside the fountain and onto everything around it.

CAN MY CATERER PROVIDE FOOD FOR DIPPING?

If your venue has inhouse catering, they can provide all of the food for dipping. We will work with them and provide a list of appropriate dipping items.

CAN I USE THE CHOCOLATE FOUNTAIN IN PLACE OF THE WEDDING CAKE?

Absolutely! We will provide a 10" cake for you to slice in photos. Having a decadent chocolate fountain table delights your guests with a much broader choice of bite-sized desserts and fruits.

IS YOUR COMPANY INSURED?

We have liability insurance and proof is available for your banquet hall or facility.

WHAT IS THE DEPOSIT?

We require a $100 non-refundable retainer fee to secure a chocolate fountain and/or services for your date. We do not hold dates without a signed contract and deposit.

WHAT REQUIREMENTS ARE NEEDED BY THE CUSTOMER TO BRING IN A CHOCOLATE FOUNTAIN?

We require that you provide a level table, 120-volt grounded electrical outlet, and table(s), covered and skirted to the floor with your linens. We store our portable luggage under these tables. When working in air-conditioned environments, location of the fountain table(s) are best near a wall and close to corners. If we are providing catered food items, we will elegantly dress the table with all the beautiful trimmings including candlelight, fresh floral, and of course all serviceware that will complement your event's special decor.
